Q: How do you ship orders?
A: All orders are shipped via USPS and include a tracking number.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Please allow up to 3 business days for handling and an additional 3 business days for transit within the U.S. For international orders, transit time can take up to 2 weeks depending on location and customs.




Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
A: We do not accept returns or offer general refunds. Because all of our products are limited runs, we can't guarantee replacements.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact us as soon as possible with clear photo evidence of the damage. If we have the item in stock, we’ll do our best to replace it. If not, we’ll handle it case by case to make it right.
